REFUND, RESCHEDULING, PERSONAL ITEM(S) POLICY

1. Cancellation/Late/No-Show:

Notify us at least 3 hours before your appointment to cancel, or a fee will apply. Late arrivals over 20 minutes incur a 10% fee. No-shows incur a 25% fee at the next appointment.

2 Kids:

Children under 8, not receiving a service, must be supervised by an adult.

3. Refunds:

If you are unhappy with the service, we’ll gladly fix it. No refunds due to the nature of the service.

4. Privacy:

We use your personal info to improve service and send communications. We do not share it with third parties.

5. Refusal of Service:

We may refuse service to anyone under the influence, behaving inappropriately, or posing a threat.

6. Health:

 If you have a contagious infection, reschedule until better. Health issues or diabetes must be communicated before service.

7. Pricing:

Our prices may vary. Request a complimentary in-salon consultation for accurate pricing.

8. Payment:

Payments accepted: cash, EFTPOS, Visa, Mastercard, Cash App, Venmo, Zelle.

8. Personal Belongings:

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. If unsatisfied, speak with the manager for a remedy.
